This CD contains the fonts created by SWFTE International, a company involved in Font Copyright litigation. Several big font companies sued them for infringement of their software copyrights. SWFTE settled the suit by paying the other companies. SWFTE was acquired by Expert Software which in turn went through a series of acquisitions until it's portfolio is currently owned by Activision. Activision is currently not involved in licensing/selling their font library, concentrating of game development.
